Julia Hackzell / Lead Teacher
For me, guiding others through yoga and somatic practices is the same as holding space for the Sacred. This has become a big part of who I am at my core.
Throughout my youth, I traveled a lot and lived abroad, this is when I first started teaching yoga in 2015. My teaching journey has taken me around the world, from the serene beaches and detox centers of the Philippines and Bali to the raw climates of Iceland. I’ve continued my studies with incredible teachers and schools all over the world.
My approach is a dance with the mystical, and an invitation to discover the divinity that is woven into the fabric of our own existence.
I believe in the wisdom of the human body and resonate deeply with the teachings of embodiment and somatic practices — these have led me to understand myself as an extension of the universe. I’m forever enchanted by the boundless wonders of life, my path is one of learning and heartfelt devotion to all beings and Mother Earth. I walk in truth and authenticity, leading humans to the magical sparks hidden within the depths of themselves.
My mission is to lead each heart to its truest calling.

As an international yoga teacher and retreat leader, I've honed my craft, leading students to profound discoveries on and off the mat. For half a decade, I've been training new yoga teachers about the subtle body and energy anatomy, empowering them to go beyond what the eye can see.

FAQ
-
There are no strict prerequisites for the training, but a foundational understanding of yoga practice is recommended. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or relatively new to yoga, our program is designed to accommodate a range of experience levels.
-
Rather than focusing on what you can’t afford, consider shifting your mindset. The stories we tell ourselves often shape our reality. Ask yourself:
How can I generate the funds to invest in what truly matters to me?
What steps can I take to increase my income and make this possible? How can I make this happen?
And remember, we offer payment plans at no extra cost, so you can invest in yourself without added financial stress. This isn’t just a cost—it’s an investment in your future.
-
Life can be busy, and we understand that you may not be able to attend every session. To receive certification, participants are required to attend a minimum of 80% of the live sessions. However, the more you engage and participate, the more you'll benefit from the training. Missed sessions need to be compensated through either written assignments or other measures.
-
Our payment plan option allows you to either pay in full or split the total cost of the training into installments without any extra cost. The payment plan divides the cost into 4 payments after each weekend module.

Testimonials
Emilia Peron
“Taking part in the Lunar Yin YTT was a beautiful, healing experience. From the very beginning, Julia and Eva created an allowing, supportive space to dive deeper into the aspects and energies of the Moon and the philosophy, practice and teaching of yin yoga. The wisdom and years' experience shone through not only in their ability to share their knowledge in an understandable, professional and relatable way, but in the way they held space for everyone, creating a community and an environment where it felt safe to ask questions, be vulnerable, and speak from the heart. If you're looking to deepen your personal practice, learn an allowing and safe way to teach yin, and find a community of like-minded people all with a sprinkle of astrology, I cannot recommend this training enough! ”
