I offer corporate sound baths, yoga, mindfulness and guided meditation for teams, workplaces and events in Helsinki, Espoo and beyond.
My signature offering is the corporate sound bath: a deeply restorative experience that helps employees slow down, reset and reconnect.
Sessions can be held at your office, at a studio in Helsinki (I use studios in Kallio or Töölö). I can also bring mats and blankets for up to 20 participants, making the experience easy to organise for your team.
Whether you are planning a wellbeing day, team event, client experience or regular workplace wellness sessions, I create professional and memorable experiences that help people feel calmer, more grounded and more present. Sessions are available in Finnish, Swedish, English and Spanish.

Under 10 participants: 390€ + VAT
11–20 participants: 590€ + VAT
21+ participants: 790€ + VAT
PR events and brand activations are always priced individually based on the concept, setting and scope.

Worry not! We can book a yoga studio in the heart of Helsinki for a small extra fee. I usually rent either Pranama Töölö or Pranama Kallio depending on group size and availability.

The invoice will be sent afterwards via email or as an e-invoice. On-site payment arrangements can also be accommodated. To ensure smooth operations, a cancellation policy is in place to support my small business.
My cancellation policy is crafted to ensure fairness while supporting the operational needs of my small business. Cancellations made less than week before the scheduled session will be invoiced in full. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
