Meet Eva Estlander, founder of the Soma & Sound® Method, international yoga teacher, educator, sound healer, and retreat leader.

I am a yoga teacher, sound bath facilitator, retreat leader, and educator with over 14 years of experience bridging ancient wisdom and modern embodiment. I have facilitated sound baths for Chanel, guided over 800 people into deep rest at the Helsinki Ice Hall, and led retreats in Bali, Italy, Portugal and Mexico. From corporate spaces to international retreats, I create structured, depth-driven experiences where embodiment meets real-life leadership. My intention stays the same wherever I work: to create spaces where transformation and expansion can unfold, offering a grounded, heart-led path back home to your truest self.
