Freedom of responsibility

The person participates in any class, event, retreat or online offering at his or her own risk and takes care of his or her own accident insurance. The participant registers and participates in the event voluntarily, being aware of the general risks of the exercise. The organizer of the event is not responsible for any damage caused to the participant or his property. No event/class/online offering or retreat is designed to treat mental or physical illnesses but to support well-being.

Event cancellation policy

Please note that your registration is binding. In the event of an obstacle, you can give or sell your spot to someone else. Each event has a limited number of spots. The minimum number of participants is 8 (unless stated differently). The purchase is considered final and non-returnable. However, if you need to cancel, you can transfer or sell your ticket to a friend.
When signing up, you are complying to pay the participation fee.
Cancellations due to illness or another unexpected and serious event, the cancellation can be made free of charge 24 hours before the event. To prove the reason for the cancellation, you need a reliable document, such as a medical certificate.
You can always exchange your spot to another person to take your place free of charge.
Cancellations must be notified to the event organizer by email. Cancellations by phone or message via social media are not acceptable.
The organizer has the right to cancel the event due to force majeure or a small number of participants. The organizer is not obliged to reimburse any other costs arising from the cancellation.
Retreats have separate cancellation policies.

When signing up, you are agreeing to pay the participation fee. An unpaid invoice is never a cancellation.
In case of an obstacle (or falling ill) you can transfer your spot free of charge to someone else.
The organizer has the right to cancel the retreat due to force majeure or insufficient number of participants, in this case, the organzier will aim to provide the information as soon as possible. The organizer is not obliged to reimburse any other costs arising from the cancellation.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full training fee of 2222 € (early bird) or 2490 € (regular price). Your place is confirmed once your application has been accepted. By applying, you agree to pay the full training fee according to the payment schedule. The payment plan is offered as a convenience and does not reduce your financial commitment. All payments are non-refundable unless the training is canceled by the organizer.

Life can be busy, and we understand that occasional scheduling conflicts may arise. However, live attendance is a core requirement of this training.

To be eligible for certification, participants must attend a minimum of 80% of all live sessions.

Absences of up to 20% of the live sessions must be compensated through written assignments or other completion requirements determined by the training faculty.
If a participant misses more than 20% of the live sessions, they will not graduate with their cohort. In this case, the missed module must be retaken in full in a future training round in order to meet certification requirements.
Re-attending a module requires additional payment, and module pricing may vary from year to year. Re-enrollment is subject to availability.

Live participation is essential to the integrity, safety, and depth of this training. Consistent attendance is expected from all participants.

Terms of the Somatic Sound Healer Certification

By submitting your application, you commit to the full training fee of €2,190 (incl. VAT), or to the fee of the modules you have enrolled in. Your place is confirmed once your application has been accepted. Your registration is binding.

By applying, you agree to pay the full fee according to the payment schedule. The payment plan is offered as a convenience and does not reduce your financial commitment. If you cancel or stop attending, all remaining instalments are still due. An unpaid invoice is never a cancellation.

Cancellation policy

All payments are non-refundable. This applies to every reason for cancellation, including illness, injury and other medical reasons, as well as work, family or travel related reasons.

Align & Shine Oy always aims to handle every situation fairly. If a cancellation occurs, the money you have paid is not lost: it can be used towards a future training.

If you cannot attend a module for any reason, including medical reasons, you may join the same module in a later training round, subject to availability. The payments you have already made for that module can be used towards it. Any price difference to the later round's module price must be paid.

Your place can be transferred to another person only with the organizer's written approval, and the new participant must meet the application requirements.

The organizer may remove a participant whose behaviour endangers the safety or experience of the group. In this case, no refund is given.

If the organizer cancels the training, participants can choose either a full refund of the fees paid or a place in the next training round. The organizer is not responsible for any other costs, such as travel or accommodation.

Scope of the training

The Somatic Sound Healer Certification is a professional training in sound healing and somatic, nervous system informed facilitation. It is not therapy, psychotherapy or trauma therapy, and it does not qualify graduates to treat trauma, mental health conditions or physical illness.

The training may bring up personal and emotional material, but it does not replace professional psychological or medical care. Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during the training and are encouraged to seek support from a qualified professional when needed. Please let the organizer know before the training if you are currently in treatment or going through something that may affect your participation.

Graduates agree not to market their sound healing work as trauma therapy, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Henkilö osallistuu tapahtumaan/tunnille/retriitille omalla vastuullaan ja huolehtii itse omasta tapaturmavakuutuksestaan. Osallistuja ilmoittautuu ja osallistuu tapahtumaan vapaaehtoisesti harjoituksen yleiset riskit tiedostaen. Tapahtuman järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa osallistujalle tai hänen omaisuudelleen mahdollisesti aiheutuvasta haitasta. Tapahtumaa ei ole suunniteltu psyykkisten eikä fyysisten sairauksien hoitamiseen vaan hyvinvoinnin tukemiseen.

Jos peruutuksen syynä on sairastuminen tai muu odottamaton ja vakava tapahtuma, voi peruutuksen tehdä maksutta vielä 24h ennen tapahtumaa. Peruutuksen syyn osoittamiseksi tarvitset luotettavan asiakirjan, kuten esimerkiksi lääkärintodistuksen.
Voit maksutta ilmoittaa toisen henkilön tilallesi.
Peruutuksista on ilmoitettava tapahtuman järjestäjälle sähköpostitse. Emme ota peruutuksia vastaan puhelimitse tai viesteillä sosiaalisen median kautta.
Järjestäjällä on oikeus peruuttaa tapahtuma ylivoimaisen esteen (force majeure) tai vähäisen osallistujamäärän vuoksi.
