From champagne yoga and sound baths to mama blessings and private ceremonies, each experience is designed to bring people together in a way that feels memorable, grounding and genuinely enjoyable. Sessions are available in Finnish, Swedish, English and Spanish.
BABY SHOWERS
I offer beautiful private baby shower experiences in Helsinki, designed to celebrate the mother-to-be in a meaningful and memorable way. Sessions can include gentle prenatal-friendly yoga, a soothing sound bath, a mama blessing ceremony with flowers, and an oracle card reading.
These gatherings can be held at your location or in a peaceful studio space, creating a nurturing environment for connection, presence and celebration.
BACHELORETTE PARTIES / PRE CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Champagne yoga is a fun and unforgettable choice for bachelorette parties, pre-Christmas parties and other celebrations in Helsinki. Expect gentle movement, laughter and a relaxed atmosphere that brings everyone together.

SPECIAL GATHERINGS
I also create bespoke private gatherings in Helsinki, tailored to your group’s unique wishes and intentions. This could be a full moon gathering, a private cacao ceremony, a sound bath or another meaningful shared experience.
Each gathering is designed to create space for connection, reflection and celebration in a way that feels both grounded and memorable.

I no longer offer individual one-on-one sessions, but I do offer private group sessions. The pricing depends on the number of participants, location, and time, starting from a minimum of 250€ including VAT.

The invoice will be sent afterwards via email or as an e-invoice. On-site payment arrangements can also be accommodated. To ensure smooth operations, a cancellation policy is in place to support my small business.
My cancellation policy is crafted to ensure fairness while supporting the operational needs of my small business. Cancellations made less than week before the scheduled session will be invoiced in full. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
