Soft Yoga + Sound Bath - Chapter Closure & Drum Journey with Nina Andersson & Eva Estlander

Immerse yourself in this captivating fusion of sound and movement that collectively heals your body, mind, and spirit while bringing closure to the year.

The event begins with gentle movements designed to open your body, allowing it to be as receptive and relaxed as possible to receive the healing vibrations of the singing bowls.

The yoga practice focuses on bringing closure to this year, symbolizing the end of a chapter. During the sound bath, we also incorporate a drum that resonates with the rhythm of the year's journey. This practice is suitable for those looking to find closure for the year and start fresh, as well as individuals who wish to reflect and bring intention into the coming year.

The event will be conducted in either Finnish or English, depending on the participants.

This event is suitable for individuals of all levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
