Embodied Heart Retreat: Somatic mindfulness & sound healing at the beautiful island of Mallorca

What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Embodied Heart Retreat invites you into heart-centered presence, inspired by the ancient energy of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and the quiet mysticism woven into the island’s monasteries and sea-carved cliffs. Surrounded by Mediterranean light and salt-kissed air, you’re guided through somatic practice and sound healing back into emotional coherence, nervous system regulation, and a deeper, more grounded connection with yourself.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. Limited spots.

❋ Incredible Finca

Our retreat center is set in Cala Tuent, Mallorca, between the Tramuntana Mountains and the sea. Just a short walk away, you’ll reach the crystal-clear waters with private beach access.

❋ Retreat Leaders

Led by Eva Estlander, yoga and sound healer, and Adama Sofia, somatic mindfulness coach—together holding a grounded, intuitive, and well-held space.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

A spacious, well-lit room set up for yoga or meditation with mats, round pillows, and large green plants. There are decorative lamps and natural light coming through the windows, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
A hillside stone house with a red-tiled roof, surrounded by lush greenery including a tall palm tree, near a swimming pool with lounge chairs, set in a mountainous landscape with trees and winding road.
Group of people sitting in a circle outdoors, engaging in a spiritual or meditation session, with plants and rustic wall background.

At our Embodied Heart Retreat in Mallorca, you’ll soften, slow down, and return to yourself, held by nature, nourished by presence, and supported in meaningful connection.

Day Two

Intention in Motion

Together, we set clear intentions for your Embodied Heart journey. What are you ready to open to? What are you ready to release?

Through somatic practice, chakra work and sound, we let the body anchor your intention. Breath, movement and vibration guide you deeper into the heart space, allowing your intention to move from the mind into lived experience.

Day Three

Embody Your Becoming

Today is about integration and forward movement. After opening and deepening, we begin to live what has shifted. How does the heart lead when you walk, speak, choose?

Through practice, reflection and connection, we anchor your intention into the body. You explore what wants to grow from here and how to carry this work into the days ahead.

This is where insight becomes embodiment — where the experience starts weaving into your real life.

Day Four

Open & Expand

By now, the work has settled deeper into the body. Day four invites expansion. With the heart more open and the nervous system more regulated, we create space for expression, truth and courage.

Through somatic exploration, chakra alignment and immersive sound journeys, we move what is ready to move and strengthen what is ready to rise. This is a day of depth and empowerment — allowing your voice, your desires and your inner clarity to take up more space.

You begin to feel what it means not only to open the heart, but to live from it.

Day Five

Closing the Circle

Our final morning is gentle and intentional. We gather for a closing circle to reflect, share and witness the journey we’ve moved through together. There is space to acknowledge what has shifted, what has opened and what you’re taking home with you.

We seal the experience with gratitude, grounding and connection — honoring the courage it takes to feel deeply and live from the heart.

After breakfast, we share our goodbyes and check out at 11am, carrying the Embodied Heart back into the world.

Your Guides

Eva Estlander

Yoga Teacher & Sound Healer & Retreat Leader

I am a Master Sound Healer, yoga teacher, and retreat leader with over 13 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and subtle body practices.

I have trained over one hundred teachers in both yoga and sound healing, guiding them into a deeper understanding of energy anatomy, nervous system awareness, and embodied leadership. My work bridges somatic intelligence with sound, spirituality, and cyclical wisdom.

After living seven years in Mexico, my teaching carries both European depth and ceremonial influence. I am known for my chakra-based classes and my ability to make the unseen tangible — helping people feel what is often difficult to name.

My teaching style is intuitive, grounded, and transformative. I create spaces where people can explore sound, meditation, ritual, and embodied awareness in a way that feels safe, expansive, and deeply rooted.

During the retreat, I will guide yoga, sound journeys, meditation, and subtle body practices that support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and a deeper connection to your inner rhythm.

Somatic Mindfulness Educator

Adama Sofia

I am a somatic mindfulness educator, coach and the founder of Mindful Academy – a Somatic Mindfulness Teacher Training School based in Helsinki.

For over a decade, I have been guiding individuals and groups in reconnecting with their bodies through mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. My work focuses on helping people cultivate a deeper sense of safety, presence, and mind-body connection by strengthening their somatic capacity.

My teaching style is often described as grounded, calm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their inner experience, and gently expand their capacity for presence and openness.

During the retreat, I will guide daily somatic mindfulness practices and workshops that support heart opening through nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and a mindful connection to your body and inner strength.

You are already whole.
Now let your body remember.

  • “The retreat was a deeply transformative and creatively renewing experience. The program was skillfully designed to support a gentle opening and letting go. In addition to the yoga practices, I loved the spiritual rituals, which were offered in many different forms. Overall, the retreat was a powerful spiritual and embodied journey. Our group was absolutely wonderful, and the facilitators were truly present with us, which strengthened the feeling of sisterhood. This retreat will stay in my heart as warm memories and in my body as a knowing of a deeper truth to follow. The Shakti-energy cultivation practices continue with me at home, supporting the journey ahead. A thousand thanks!”

FAQ

  • Absolutely. Many participants join on their own. In fact, signing up solo for retreats is one of the fastest-growing trends in the wellness space.

Coming alone doesn’t mean being alone. It means arriving open — and connecting with like-minded souls who are on a similar path. The retreat setting naturally creates closeness, safety and meaningful connection from the very first day.

  • You’ll fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), the island’s main international airport. It’s well connected with direct flights from most major European cities.

From the airport, the retreat center in Cala Tuent is approximately a 1.5–2 hour drive. We’ll provide detailed travel guidance closer to the retreat and can also help coordinate shared transfers so you can travel together with other participants.

  • Early November in Mallorca is mild, calm, and far less crowded than peak season.

    You can expect:

    • Daytime temperatures around 18–23°C
    • Cooler mornings and evenings (bring a light sweater)
    • Sea temperature still swimmable for many
    • Mostly sunny days, with a possibility of occasional rain

It’s not peak beach heat — and that’s intentional.

The softer light, quieter atmosphere, and slower rhythm make it an ideal time for practice, reflection, hiking, and long outdoor dinners without summer crowds.

We’ll enjoy comfortable warmth during the day and cozy evenings together.
