I have trained nearly a hundred practitioners in sound over the past years. The Academy and the method are the result of that hands-on teaching and continuous skill refinement.

The Soma & Sound™ Method

The Soma & Sound™ Method is my signature facilitation framework.

It bridges somatic nervous system regulation with sound in a way that creates deeper safety, stronger integration and measurable impact in both retreat and corporate settings.

Most sound experiences work on the surface.

This method works with the body first.

It trains facilitators to:

  • hold regulated group fields

  • design structured sound journeys

  • work with trauma awareness

  • lead with authority and grounded presence

  • position their work at a premium level

The exact mechanics of the method are taught inside the Academy.

What matters here is the result:

Participants feel clear, safe, expanded and deeply regulated.
Facilitators leave confident, structured and professionally positioned.

This is a deeper, more structured immersion designed to elevate your facilitation to a professional standard.

    This training takes place in Pranama Töölö, Helsinki, Finland, in a carefully selected space designed to support grounded presence and immersive learning.

    An intimate, focused environment that allows you to deepen your facilitation skills while staying connected to everyday life.

  • This training takes place in Austria, approximately 90 minutes outside Vienna, at Reiters Supreme — a luxury adults-only retreat surrounded by nature and thermal spa landscapes.

    The setting supports deep regulation, focus and embodied integration throughout the training experience.

With over 13 years of international teaching experience, a Master’s degree in Economics, and advanced training in neurosomatic regulation, reiki healing, Eva bridges mysticism with structure.

Can beginners join this training?

Yes. This training is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. You do not need prior sound healing experience — only a genuine interest and commitment to learning.

In what language is the training taught?

The training is taught in English (unless everyone who signs up are Finnish speaking). You may ask questions in Finnish and I can repeat things also in Finnish 😊 .

Do I need to own instruments before joining?

No. You do not need to own instruments before the training. Guidance on instruments and recommendations will be provided. But if you have some, bring them!
