Eva Estlander is an internationally experienced yoga teacher, sound healer, and retreat leader known for her grounded presence, intuitive guidance, and ceremonial approach to transformation. With over a decade of experience across three continents, she has supported countless women in reconnecting with their bodies, softening their nervous systems, and returning to their natural rhythm.

Blending movement, breathwork, sound healing, and ritual, Eva creates spaces where people feel deeply held, seen, and safe to unfold. At The Radiance Retreat, she weaves together yoga, sound, and stillness into a restorative journey that gently recalibrates the whole being — so participants leave feeling clearer, lighter, and vibrationally renewed.

  • You can fly to either Wien or Graz. Graz is about a 60min drive, where Wien is 90min away. However there are more flights to Wien than from Graz (especially if you’re traveling from Helsinki. The shuttle is included in the retreat rate.

  • Absolutely! This retreat is about taking care of your frequency, your nervous system and the movement will be gentle.
