What would it feel like to put yourself first for once?
A week of Moroccan magic, adventure, connection and space to simply enjoy being you.
NOV 25–DEC 2, 2026
Nestled among ancient Argan and Olive trees in the hills of Ounagha, Morocco, this exclusive private retreat at Villa Dar Zitoon is offered by invitation only. Set 20 kilometres from the vibrant coastal city of Essaouira, our hidden Riad welcomes a carefully selected group of guests for an intimate week of yoga, meditation, and deep renewal. With a private pool, rooftop shala, and plant-powered Moroccan cuisine prepared by our chefs, every detail is curated for your wellbeing. This is your rare chance to slow down, reconnect, and experience Morocco at its most authentic.
Bare feet. Warm air. Slow mornings. Long dinners. The colours, flavours and textures of Morocco all around you.
Mornings that begin with movement. Sound journeys that take you somewhere words can’t. New places, new conversations, new parts of yourself.
This is not a week about becoming a better version of you.
It’s about feeling wildly, unmistakably alive.
Yoga, sound, ritual, adventure, beautiful food and a small group of women, somewhere completely different from your everyday life.
Maybe you don’t need another plan.
Maybe you need Morocco.

Yoga Teacher & Sound Healer & Retreat Leader
I am a Master Sound Healer, yoga teacher, and retreat leader with over 13 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and subtle body practices.
I have trained over one hundred teachers in both yoga and sound healing, guiding them into a deeper understanding of energy anatomy, nervous system awareness, and embodied leadership. My work bridges somatic intelligence with sound, spirituality, and cyclical wisdom.
After living seven years in Mexico, my teaching carries both European depth and ceremonial influence. I am known for my chakra-based classes and my ability to make the unseen tangible — helping people feel what is often difficult to name.
My teaching style is intuitive, grounded, and transformative. I create spaces where people can explore sound, meditation, ritual, and embodied awareness in a way that feels safe, expansive, and deeply rooted.
During the retreat, I will guide yoga, sound journeys, meditation, and subtle body practices that support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and a deeper connection to your inner rhythm.

The Atlantic pulled me in years ago and never let go. There's a reason every culture that ever lived near it built their stories around it. The ocean doesn't care about your job title or your follower count. It humbles you, then it teaches you, then — if you pay attention — it gives you back to yourself.
The Atlas Mountains do the same thing, just slower. So I built a place where these two forces meet. Where people surf in the morning, sit in silence in the afternoon, and remember that they need salt water and wind and silence and the joy of a wave that doesn't owe you anything.

The Tune In Check-In
You’ve made it all the way down here.
Maybe there’s a reason you’re still reading.
Before you close this page, take a moment to tune out the noise,
the shoulds, the overthinking, and everyone else’s opinions.
What is your inner knowing telling you?
When I’m making a decision that feels meaningful, I like to check in with myself on four different levels:
01. What does my mind say?
What questions do I still have?
Is there something I genuinely need to know before making my decision, or am I looking for certainty before taking a leap?
02. What does my heart say?
Do I feel drawn to this? If I removed the practicalities for a moment, what would I choose?
03. What does my body say?
Imagine saying yes. Do you feel openness, excitement, butterflies? Now imagine saying no. What changes?
04. What does my intuition say?
Underneath the pros and cons, the timing, the logistics and all the thinking...
Do I want to do this?
Tune in. You probably already know.
And if your answer is yes...
Welcome.
I can’t wait to have you there.
